Postage & Handling Information
How long will it take us to process your order? Please allow up to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be processed, packed and posted (unless the item ordered is a "pre-order", in this case please refer to the product listing for the expected lead time from order).
How will your parcel be sent? All items are sent via Australia Post (within Australia). At present, Standard Postage within Australia is free. Express Postage will be added as an option shortly, however please note that this only improves the shipment time once the parcel is with Australia Post and does not reduce our handling time.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been lodged with Australia Post (Australian customers only at this stage). Brooke and Belly will not be held responsible for any lost items once handed over to Australia Post. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318.
If your parcel is returned to us as it has not been collected from an Australia Post depot/mail centre within the time frame detailed by Australia Post, it is YOUR responsibility as a customer to pay for the parcel to be resent. We are not held responsible for parcels that are not collected or not delivered due to incorrect address details being provided.
